Radu Albot left the doubles of the Monte-Carlo competition. The Moldovan tennis player stopped in the quarterfinals of the ATP Masters 1000 tournament, IPN reports.
Competing together with Georgia’s Nikoloz Basilashvili, Radu Albot struggled for qualification for the quarterfinals against Wesley Koolhof and Robin Hasse. The match ended by 6-1, 7-5.
In the singles, Radu Albot stopped in the second round, being beaten by Russia’s Daniil Medvedev, who then won against world leader Novak Djokovic.
