Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot was eliminated from the ATP tournament held in Antalya. In the quarterfinals, he was beaten by Italy’s Andreas Seppi, who ranks 102nd in the world, 4-6, 6-7, IPN reports.
The two met for the second time in their career and Seppi won again. For his results at the competition in Turkey, Albot won 45 ATP points and almost US$ 13,000. Earlier, he defeated world No. 58 Joao Souza and world No. 33 Paolo Lorenzi.
As of July 3, Radu Albot will compete in the Main Draw matches of the Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament.
