Public transport tariff increase decided on Tuesday meeting of Chisinau Municipal Council

Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) will continue on Tuesday, June 20, the last week’s meeting (Thursday), the councilors following to examine the issue on adjusting the tariffs for public transportation. The issue on tariff increase should have been discussed in the first meeting day, but, because of the dismissal of the one to make a report, Vladimir Buzovschi, the deputy head of the Public Transport and Communications Department, the councilors decided to postpone the examining the item till the end of the meeting, meanwhile another person is to prepare a report on the issue. CMC also is to discuss the schedule of abroad visits of public servants of the mayoralty of Chisinau municipality and municipal councilors in 2006; transmission to management of a state structure of the non-finished building of the Transnistrian Regional Executive Committee of Mircea cel Batran Blvd.; approval of the Regulation of Municipal Commission on the matters of respecting the linguistic legislation, as well as creation of the Popular Music Orchestra within the CMC Culture Department.
