The Public Services Agency will issue new-type vehicle registration certificates as of March 1 - VP2017. From February 26, it will issue temporary registration certificates of the new model. This way the certificates are brought in compliance with the provisions of the EU Council Directive on the registration documents for vehicle, IPN reports.
Based on applications submitted until February 24 inclusive, there will be issued old-type registration certificates VP2015. The registration certificates asked by February 24 will be issued until February 28 inclusive.
The Public Services Agency warns that in connection with the made changes, applications for issuing vehicle registration certificates in emergency regimes of six hours, 24 hours and three workdays will not be accepted during February 26 – 28, 2018. The vehicle registration certificates and temporary registration certificates issued earlier will be used until their period of validity expires. The price of the new document is the same.
