The administration of “Proera Grup” SRL said that the company’s ownership of an unfinished building located on the territory of the exhibitions center “Moldexpo” has been violated for ten years by placing numerous barriers that were recognized by the court of law. According to the company’s director Gheorghe Efros, “Moldexpo” didn’t honor its contractual obligations as regards the lot located nearby that was leased out for a period of 35 years.
In a news conference at IPN, the director said the building became the company’s property after “Proera Grup” SRL in 2011 had to accept it instead of the money that was in an account at “Universalbank” that went bankrupt. A lease agreement for the lot on which the building is situated was signed with “Moldexpo”. Under the contract, the kiosks located nearby were to be taken away so that the new owner had access to the building to reconstruct it.
Gheorghe Efros noted that “Moldexpo” didn’t honor its landscaping commitments and the process of delimiting the piece of land that is now managed by “Proera Grup” was delayed. Starting with 2015, invented lawsuits were filed and these consumed time, money and energy and still go on. There were also initiated denigrating attacks against “Proera Grup” SRL with the aim of exerting pressure on the judges who examine the artificial suits invented by public servants.
According to the director, by the signed contract, the company was obliged to erect a functional building, but this was impossible because access to the construction wasn’t ensured.
Economic freedom is the fundamental right of any person to control the own work and property. In a society that is free from economic viewpoint, the individuals are free to work, to produce, to consume and to invest as they want. In such societies, the governments allow work, capital and goods to move freely and refrain from constraints so as to protect and maintain this freedom.
