Information about the public procurement process and documents from the State Register of Public Acquisitions will be provided without levying a tax for the contracted authority. But the economic operators that want to take part in the auction will pay a tax of 200 lei for the procedures performed outside the State Register of Public Acquisitions.
The given changes were made by the Government to the regulations concerning the formation and utilization of public institutions’ special means coming from the issuing of auction documents.
Under the same regulations, the advertisement in the Public Acquisitions Bulletin in one number will cost 9 lei per square centimeter, in two-five numbers - 6 lei, while in six and more numbers - 5 lei. Also, the price of the Public Acquisitions Bulletin will rise from 5.5 lei to 6.5 lei.
The advertisements published on the website of the Public Procurement Agency will cost 10 lei per square centimeter.
