Public Administration Academy puts up 125 master degree seats

The Public Administration Academy proposes 125 seats of master degree for the 2008- 2009 scholar year, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Government's agencies will send 25 people, the local public administrations -- by one person, as the Gagauz autonomy – 2 people. The municipalities of Chisinau and Balti will send 3 and, respectively, 1 person. The remaining 62 seats will be put up for contest. Priority will be granted to the candidates working in public administration entities. At the same time, 50% of the seats are for graduates of higher education institutions, who have been distributed or decided to work in the public's service. According to the Local Public Administration Minister, Valentin Guznac, the fact that the candidates don't have experience to work in the public administration won't affect the quality of the education. The Academy uses participative methods of training and the master aspirants will make practice studies in central and local public administration entities.
