Alexandru Roman holds at present the position of chairman of the General Education, Science, Youth and Sports Department of Chisinau Municipal Council. He heads the mentioned above department since February 2003.
Solicited by Info-Prim Neo to comment the presidential decision, Alexandru Roman was surprised and mentioned that he was not sure about such a decision, although he was announced about this fact by interim mayor of Chisinau, Vasile Ursu. Roman promised to inform reporters about his future plans.
