The head of the Chisinau Psychiatry Hospital Constantin Turcan was appointed presidential adviser on social development matters. Acting President Mihai Ghimpu issued a relevant decree on Monday, May 24, Info-Prim Neo reports. Constantin Turcan had been a member of the first Parliament of Moldova.
