The members of the observation mission of Promo-LEX reported a number of cases of organized transportation of voters to polling stations established for voters residing on the left side of the Nistru. For example, the voters are brought by bus up to the bridge between Rybnitsa and Rezina. Later they continue their way on foot or by small capacity vehicles, IPN reports.

Promo-LEX mission head Pavel Postica said that over 190 instances of the over 320 reported by local observers have been examined until 2pm. It was determined that the number of incidents has increased. There appeared the first rumors about offering of money awards to voters within 100 meters of the polling station. There were reported nine such cases and many of them refer to the polling stations established for voters from the Transnistrian region.

Notifications of organized transportation of voters also came from the polling places established in Rezina, Criuleni, Varnița, Dubăsari, Cocieri etc. There were detected at least 12 units that transported more than eight persons. The vehicles had mainly Transnistrian license plates.

Organized transportation of voters was also reported in UTA Gagauzia, Cimișlia etc. Even if there were only five-six persons on the vehicles, these made several trips to polling places.

As the police, the observers reported instances of road blocking.

The observers reported cases of unjustified voting in a group in the municipality of Chisinau, in Briceni, Edineț, Florești, Cantemir. Pavel Postica said these included mainly the violation of the principle of secrecy of the ballot and instances of photographing of ballots that increased in number.

There were also identified violations of the sanitary norms, such as the lack of protective masks, incorrect wearing of masks, etc.
