On December 24, 25 and 31, 2018 and on January 1, 7 and 8, which were declared officially nonworking days, the National Bank of Moldova will not work. Most of the licensed banks working in Moldova will have a similar program, except for some of the branches, IPN reports.

At the same time, the licensed banks announced that on December 26, 2018 there will be made no transfers in the currency of the EU members states as the banking institutions in these countries will not work on the occasion of Christmas.
