The medical and social institutions during August 27-31 will assign medical personnel on guard and persons from the administration in charge of the activity. The managers of institutions will make sure that they have the necessary supplies of drugs, consumables and oil products for working in the period, IPN reports, with reference to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.
The National Public Health Agency and the local public health centers will ensure increased control over the sanitary-epidemiological rules and will organize prophylactic measures to prevent outbreaks of infectious diseases.
At end-August, the public sector employees have a five-day vacation. They will not work since August 27, when it is celebrated the Independence Day, until August 31 inclusive, when the Our Language Day is marked. By a Government decision, August 28 was declared a day off. The public sector employees will work instead on August 22.
