A number of 1 650 131 electors marked their ballots in the November 15 presidential runoff. The turnout was thus of over 52%, IPN reports, quoting the preliminary data presented by the Central Election Commission.
Of all the voters who cast their ballots, 45.67% were men, while 54.33% were women.
Some 31.93% of the voters are aged between 56 and 70, 24.78% - between 41 and 55, while 24.58% - between 26 and 40. 10.27% are voters aged 71 and over, while 8.44% are aged between 18 and 25.
