Starting with next year, the Ministry of Education will implement specialized software to follow the professional road of graduates of technical professional education institutions. The software was adjusted for the Republic of Moldova for collecting information about the employment rate among students who graduated from vocational schools and colleges, IPN reports.
The software QTAFI is an electronic program for collecting information through online questionnaires. The initiators aimed to create an instrument for obtaining high quality and relevant statistical data about the technical professional education system, bringing it this closer to the labor market needs.
For the purpose, a number of specialists from technical professional education, including teachers and national experts, took part in specialized training courses in the Italian city Torino, with the support of the European Foundation for Education. There, the Moldovan specialists learned how to use the software and studied other important elements of the methodology of following the career.
