Businesses will be able to obtain 36 licenses or authorizations from 11 agencies by means of the one-stop-shop procedure, under a draft Government decision which was developed by the Ministry of Economy and posted on its website for public debates, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The law which the draft decision intends to enforce enables businesses to submit applications, and receive the sought authorizations or licenses, at one location, either physical or virtual. It also introduces the principle of tacit approval of authorizations, meaning that if the application is not rejected after a certain period of time, that authorization may be considered granted.
The draft decision lists the public authorities which, in cooperation with other agencies, are required to create and run one-stop-shop services for the issuance of authorizations and licenses. It also explicitly lists which authorizations and licenses may be sought through one-stop-shop procedures.
The draft decision is in line with the reform of entrepreneurial regulations, also known as the Guillotine and its follow-ups.
The Law on the Creation of One-Stop-Shops for Entrepreneurial Activity was adopted on 22 July 2011.
