The number of applications for having the transactions with real estate registered will be reduced, Info-Prim Neo reports. Presently, the person (client) must submit six applications to different institutions to obtain the right over realty. The Ministry of Justice and the State Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre have devised a joint ordinance. The implementation of this ordinance will enable to make a fest step towards simplifying the given procedure. According to the vice director of the state-owned company “Cadastru” Valeriu Ganju, the client will ask the zonal cadastre office to issue the extract from the Register of Realty. With this extract and with the certificate showing the value of the realty, he will go to the notary to authenticate the legal document. By a written statement, he can empower the notary to submit the application for registration himself. The notary formulates an application and attaches to it the legal document, the copy of the client’s identity card and of the receipt and submits the documents to the zonal cadastre office on the same day. Within seven days, the transaction is registered and the legal document with the notary’s initials is transmitted to the parties involved in the transaction. “By this procedure, all the problems that appear when validating the legal document are solved by the notary and the cadastre office, which are professionals. The client is not involved. The security level of the transaction is increased as the legal document is lodged with the cadastre office on the same day and possible corruption schemes are excluded. All the contracts authenticated by the notary will be registered and the zonal cadastre office could provide the State Tax Service with information about the taxed entities,” Valeriu Ganju said. Ganju also said that seminars on the new procedure for registering transactions are now held with representatives of the zonal cadastre offices and other specialists. This procedure will be implemented from September 1.
