Problems in water supply can be reported through ACC’s confidence line

For more efficient cooperation and for preventing frauds and unauthorized connections to the public water supply networks, the consumers are asked to call the confidence line of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) on 022-256-980, IPN reports.

In a press release, ACC says the communicated information will help to swiftly remedy the situation. In the course of 2016, there were recorded 700 calls. Over 70% of these referred to the method of determining the water and sewerage bills, in particular the difference in volumes indicated in bills. 20% of the calls referred to disconnections from the water supply, while another 10% to unauthorized connections to the water supply and sewerage networks.

Relevant situations can be also reported through the email address auditdrc@acc.md. When examining information in a digital form, the confidentiality of personal data and of presented information is guaranteed. In order to get a response quickly, the sender can indicate a telephone number and the company’s employees will contact the person as soon as possible.

The confidence telephone line of ACC was set up in November 2014. About 1,000 calls have been made to it so far.
