The head of the BAC Center of Pripiceni Lyceum, Rezina district, was sacked and banned from this position for three years. He is accused of having tolerated fraud actions and intentions during the exam session, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the Ministry of Education.
The decision was taken as a result of the monitoring report of the baccalaureate exam in chosen subjects. As lyceum principal, he was reprimanded for the violation of deontological norms. The BAC center secretary was also fired for actions that contravened the methodology.
The Rezina district division for education, youth and sport will apply disciplinary penalties to the center assistants and to the person delegated by the District Examination Commission to monitor the exams for flagrant violations of the methodology on the organization of baccalaureate exams.
Copies with answers to tests were found at 14 BAC candidates, in the classroom stove, behind the blackboard, in the assistants’ desk and in the cabinet.
Today, June 22, the last baccalaureate exam was taken by candidates of ethnic minorities in their native language- Gagauz, Bulgarian and Ukrainian.
Another decision taken today by the Ministry of Education is the sacking of Aurelia Hancu from the position of director of the National Children & Youth Center ARTICO. She was found to have offered unjustified wage raises and payments, to have transferred financial means to other companies without justification and to have omitted some material goods from the accounting papers.
