The printing of ballots for the November 3 runoff presidential election for polling stations established in the country begins on Saturday at the Central Printing House, IPN reports.

"In accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code, representatives of election contestants, the media and accredited observers can attend the making of the ballot matrix, printing of ballot papers and liquidation of the ballot matrix,” said the Central Election Commission. The process is due to start at 05:00 p.m.
