Principles of managing talks in 5+2 format discussed in Vienna

The principles based on which the official Transnistrian conflict settlement talks in the 5+2 format will be held in continuation and the agenda of the talks are being discussed in Vienna on April 17 and 18, senior consultant of the Reintegration Office Octavian Mahu has told Info-Prim Neo. Moldova’s delegation to Vienna is headed by Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Eugen Carpov. The third round of formal talks in the 5+2 format is taking place in Vienna. The format includes representatives of the conflicting sides, the mediators and observers in the negotiation process – Moldova, Transnistria, the OSCE, Russia, Ukraine, the U.S. and the EU.
