Prices of apartments in Chisinau stable in October

The prices of the apartments in Chisinau remained stable in October. The one-room flats cost 27- 55 thousand euro, depending on location and block, the four-room flats cost 44-65 thousand euros, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the real estate dealer Lara, the old-type one-room flats in the Airport area cost from 27 to 44 thousand euros as in September. In Botanica district, the old-style one-room flats sold against 27-34 thousand euros, and the four-room flats – against 44-50 thousand euros. The new-style one-room flats sold against 29- 37 thousand euros in October and the four room apartments cost 49.5-63 thousand euros. The most expensive apartment, in the capital's downtown reached 35.5-55 thousand euros for the one-room flats and 60.5-65 thousand euros for the 4-room ones. The old apartments in Centru sector cost 31-38 thousand euros (1 room) and 48.5-55 thousand euro (4 rooms). In Rascani district, a one-room apartment cost 35-37 thousand euros in a new house, as the four-room flats cost 61-64 thousand euros. The apartments on the secondary market were 10-15 thousand euros cheaper. In Ciocana district, the prices varied from 30 to 37 thousand euros (1room) and 47-63 thousand euros (4 rooms). The same prices were reported in Buiucani sector.
