The state-owned complex “Press House” is absorbed by the public institution “General Division for the Management of Buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova”. The decision was published in the October 12 issue of the Official Monitor and takes effect today, IPN reports.
The rights and obligations of the legal entity and the property of the Press House are fully transferred to the absorbing legal entity, which is the General Division for the Management of Buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
The State Chancellery is responsible for the reorganization process and will constitute a commission that will deal with the transfer of the absorbed entity’s property.
The State Chancellery will also draft the normative documents needed for implementing the decision and will present them to the Government for approval within three months.
The nomenclature of services provided by the General Division for the Management of Buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the tariffs of these are approved by the Government.
