President Maia Sandu will pay an official visit to Ukraine on January 12, as the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Zhovkva stated in an article for Zerkalo nedely

“We will start the new year with the resetting of the bilateral relations with Moldova – the newly elected President Maia Sandu will make an official visit to Ukraine on January 12, which will be her first visit after election,” stated the official.
Contacted by IPN for details, secretary general of the presidential administration Andrei Spînu confirmed that the visit was planned for January 12 and said that more information will be provided through a press release, most probably on January 4.
At the end of 2020, Maia Sandu welcomed the President of Romania Klaus Iohannis, who paid an official visit to Chisinau.
