President Nicolae Timofti on April 14 signed a decree by which Vladimir Sarban is nominated as a member for the Central Election Commission on behalf of the Presidential Office, IPN reports, quoting the presidential press service.
Until recently, Vladimir Sarban served as the President’s adviser, while earlier he headed the Centru district of Chisinau municipality.
Also today, Nicolae Timofti decreed the dismissal of Igor Gorgan from the post of chief of the General Staff of the National Army, Commander of the National Army.
