President does not accept Mihail Macar for president of Hancesti Court

Moldova’s President Nicolae Timofti rejected candidate for the post of president of the Hancesti Court Mihail Macar for the reason that he broke the law when he submitted the income and property statement, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the presidential press service, candidate Mihail Macar was rejected because he did not declare property that belongs to the members of his family, which is a violation of the legislation. The Supreme Council of Magistrates proposed Mihail Macar for the post of president of the Hancesti Court for a four-year term of office.
