The Prime Minister of Lithuania Saulius Skvernelis will pay a visit to the Republic of Moldova during April 26-27, 2018. The official will meet with his Moldovan counterpart Pavel Filip to discuss the development of the bilateral relations and the prospects of implementing new joint projects in the context of Moldova’s European course.
The ceremony where Pavel Filip will welcome the Lithuanian official will take place at the Government Building in the afternoon of April 26. The two Premiers will have a bilateral meeting. Afterward, there will be taken a common protocol picture of the two officials and held an extended-format meeting of the delegations of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Lithuania. Pavel Filip and Saulius Skvernelis will make statements for the press at 4pm.
The Lithuanian Premier will also meet with Speaker of Parliament Andrian Candu. Later, Saulius Skvernelis will visit the NATO Liaison Office in Chisinau and will meet with EU High-Level Advisers and Lithuanian experts working for Twinning projects.
