PPCD has new municipal councilor in Chisinau

The People’s Christian Democratic Party (PPCD) has a new municipal councilor in Chisinau. Nicolae Rurac got his mandate at the sitting of Tuesday, February 17. He has taken the vacant seat after Eugenia Starcea left for the Parliament. She became a deputy, after Adriana Chiriac renounced her mandate in favor of a job in Romania in September, 2008, Info-Prim Neo reports. There is another vacant seat in the Chisinau Council, after councilor of the Communist Party (PCRM) Serghei Novic died. He passed away a week ago. He suffered from cancer.
