Moldelectrica announced that power supply has been resumed in most settlements affected by a temporary blackout in the aftermath of a Russian missile barrage against neighboring Ukraine.
Deputy prime minister Andrei Spînu said earlier that the blackout was technically caused by an automatic shutdown at a major power line. No physical damage has been caused to the line, he added.
