Post-mortem book launch

The nice words, analysis of literary works and remembrances were the main themes of the post-mortem book launch of the writer and journalist Sergiu Cucuietu, Info-Prim Neo reports. The book volume “Inaltarea pe Orizontala” was launched by the wife of the deceased journalist Svetlana Cucuietu on April 2. According to participants in the festivity, the journalist and writer Sergiu Cucuietu remains a model worth following, while his character of loyal patriot and devotee of the written word is one more reason for launching this volume, which, according to the wife of the late writer, was printed in 2004. Journalist and writer Constantin Cheianu said that the texts that form part of the volume “Inaltarea pe Orizontala” represent a grain of wisdom that will pass through time through real experiences and sufferings. Writer Vladimir Besleaga said that the works of Sergiu Cucuietu are real masterpieces due to the maximum concentration of the text and well-defined structure that reveals the talent of a sensible man tested by the daily realities. In this book, the author opens his soul so visibly that we can see that he is bothered by the thought of uselessness, Vladimir Besleaga said. As Svetlana Cucuietu said, the texts from the volume “Inaltarea pe Orizontala” represent all the articles published in the column “Subjectively about Objectivity” of the paper “Tsara”, which conveyed a grain of philosophy, much religiousness as well as problems of ephemeral living. Svetlana Cucuietu has promised that the book volume “Inaltarea pe Orizontala” will be republished in the near future. She said that another volume of works by Sergiu Cucuietu could be also published.
