Today, October 24, is the last day on which applications for the authorization of opinion polls for the runoff presidential election can be submitted. Applications for exit polls will be accepted by October 27 at the latest, IPN reports.
Requests for the accreditation of observers can be made until October 27, and applications for the confirmation of journalists can be submitted until October 29.
Accredited observers and journalists confirmed for the first round of voting can continue their work in the runoff election that will take place on November 3.
