There is a festive atmosphere at one of the two polling stations opened in Athens for the runoff presidential election. The electoral bureau set up a real Big House, specific to the Moldovan tradition, IPN reports.

"Waiting for the "dear guests" – the voters of the Republic of Moldova in Greece. The members of this station came dressed in traditional embroidered blouses and recreated the atmosphere of the most beautiful room in our peasant houses," said the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Greece Andrei Popov.

For the runoff election, two polling stations were established in Greece: polling station No. 38/72 (embassy), city of Athens, 20 G. Bakou St, and polling station No. 38/73, city of Athens, 20-22 Agios Pavlou St.

According to the Central Election Commission, more than 51,000 voters cast their ballots outside the country by 11:00 a.m. Polls close at 09:00 p.m., the local time of each state.
