Political dialogue between Moldova and USA is remarkable – Vladimir Voronin

President Vladimir Voronin conveyed a message of congratulation to George W. Bush on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of official diplomatic ties between Moldova and the USA. The message mentions that the Moldovan-American political dialogue has reached a remarkable level after USA joined the negotiation process of the Transnistrian dispute, as well as after Moldova was included in the Programme of the US Government – Millennium Challenge. According to the head of state, the neighbourhood of Moldova with the European Union and NATO increased its responsibility in strengthening the security and stability in South-Eastern Europe. “The Moldovan-American cooperation has a considerable strategic potential, which we want to develop further”, is also said in the message sent by President Voronin to his counterpart in Washington.
