Three hundred kilos of fresh fish without papers of origin were found in a minibus on Saturday morning, January 18. According to the Border Police spokeswoman Daniela Manzatu, the fish was found during a traffic check on the national road Talmaza – Stefan Voda, IPN reports.
The driver was a 34-yearpold man from Talmaza. He couldn't supply any papers of origin or ownership. He said that the fish was brought from Ukraine through Transnistria and was to be sold in the town market in Stefan Voda.
The case is investigated by the Border Police.
