The National Patrolling Inspectorate collected information over the IPN’s feature about the Range Rover with the license number CPG 044 that is parked illegally in central Chisinau. (See the feature “Public area appropriated and co-existence laws violated. One case in a million, but one as a million”, of August 8, 2013) and took the required measures, IPN reports.
Towards the end of the day of August 8, the head of the Inspectorate’s press service Diana Fetco sent the following message to the Agency: “The National Patrolling Inspectorate informs you that, following your request over the Range Rover with the license number CPG 044 parked illegally, it collected facts. The owner of the car was identified and an administrative procedure was started against him. He was invited to the Inspectorate, where a report will be drawn up against him based on Article 238 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moldova. The infringement is punished with a fine of 200 lei and two penalty points. We thank you for the contribution made to discovering violations of the Traffic Regulations and ask you to inform us every time you identify other infringements.
