A Chisinau kiosk seller was robbed last night. The woman told the police that a young man attacked her and stole 800 lei from the kiosk situated on Dacia Blvd. in Botanica district. By morning, the police arrested the attacker and three accomplices of his, who are aged between 18 and 26, IPN reports.
According to the General Police Inspectorate, the young men are from Chisinau and from Anenii-Noi and Orhei districts. One of the young men decided to rob a cigarette kiosk working round-the-clock. The other three have a criminal record, being earlier tried for thefts and robberies.
The young men admitted their guilt. They were put under arrest for 72 hours and face five to seven years in jail.
