Police asks for witnesses' help in car accident in Chisinau

The road police from Chisinau asks for the assistance of eye-witnesses at a car accident that happened February 13, on Zelinski street in the capital. Tudor Capatana, a spokesman for the Chisinau Police Commissariat, has specified for Info-Prim Neo that the accident occurred next to block 36/1 and the store “Busuioc”, at about 4 pm. According to preliminary data, Eliconida Sidcova (aged 76 ) was talking to a woman when an unidentified driver drove back a dark blue car hitting the elderly woman. The driver took her to the Emergency Hospital and then disappeared speeding. The police was alerted but later by the doctors. Now Sidcova is treated for traumas. The police asks for the contribution of eye-witnesses, and especially of the woman Sidcova was talking to, in elucidating the circumstances of the accident.
