Police ask help in identifying road accident victim

The Police seek help in establishing the identity of a woman, who was injured in a road accident on Sunday night in the area of the Nord-Vest Motel. Ion Roscovanu, Inspector of the Public Relations Service of the Chisinau Traffic Police told Info-Prim Neo that the accident took place at around 10 PM. 150 meters away from the motel, a Mercedes, driven by a 59-year old man, ran into a woman, aged between 30 and 35, who was drunk. The woman suffered head trauma and was admitted to the Emergency Hospital. She has black hair and was wearing a black dress. Three hours earlier, on the same street - Calea Iesilor, a Seat overturned. The 28-year old driver of the car, who was drunk, drove at high speed and lost control over the car. The man suffered various traumas and was hospitalized. A boy aged 12 while riding a bicycle in the yard of a house on Dacia Street was struck by a Nissan, driven by a 23-year old man. A drunk pedestrian, aged 49, was hit by a minibus on Monday morning on the Muncesti Street, suffering head trauma. Yesterday, the traffic inspectors registered 5 accidents, involving six injured people, and 17 accidents in which no one was hurt.
