Police ask for help in seeking for bank robber

The police ask for help in their attempt to arrest a man who robbed the currency exchange office of a bank in Chisinau on May 22, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Interior Ministry. The armed suspect entered office 11 of EuroCreditBank on Dacia boulevard at about 17.00. After menacing the clerk with a gun he took 98,000 lei and vanished. According to the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, the law enforcing bodies immediately launched a national-scale action plan they call “Captare” (Seizure). The suspect has the following attributes: about 25 years of age, 180 cm in height, dark hair, long face, he wore a black jacket, black pants glasses. The citizens are asked to provide any possible information to the phone numbers: 52-11-00, 255-346, 54-20-63, 255-577 or 902.
