You, mister Prime Minister, have a clear short-term objective – to fulfill the recommendations of the European Commission and to stat the accession negotiations. As we discussed, we will offer our full support and will share all our experience. It is not an easy road, but is a necessary and beneficial effort in which we support you strongly,” stated Nicolae Ciucă.

“We discussed our approaches, among others, for renovating and building new bridges over the Prut, for opening new border crossing points, for implementing the project related to coordinated control on the border, form training personnel in different sectors and bodies of the Republic of Moldova and for developing energy infrastructure between the two states,” said the Romanian Premier.

As I stated in Bucharest, Romania is our advocate in all the European institutions. This way, we can advance in the European course, despite the security challenges generated by Russia’s brutal war against Ukraine,” said the Prime Minister of Moldova Dorin Recean.

Premier Recean said the commercial and social exchanges will facilitate the extension of interconnection infrastructure.
