“This year the PLDM will run in the elections independently. This is absolutely evident. We made commitments to the people. We are to present a report on our work and to set the actions for the future. Victory is our objective for the parliamentary elections. We will obtain this victory that is necessary not only for the PLDM, but also for Moldova so as to ensure the irreversibility of the European integration process,” stated Vlad Filat.

He added that the Council discussed the necessity of ensuring political stability for the reforms to be implemented, the visa regime to be liberalized and the Association Agreement to be signed. According to Vlad Filat, until the elections the parties should agree a non-aggression pact so as to enable the people to choose between candidates based on their experience, capacities and proposed programs.
