The young Liberal-Democrats within the Youth Week have launched a brochure entitled “Passport of the Young European” where it presents the activities promoted by the government for the young people and the commitments for the future. The president of honor of the Youth Organization of the PLDM George Mocanu said all the young people must know the good things that were done for the prosperous future of the young people of Moldova, IPN reports.
“This passport contains all our commitments. After four years, anyone will be able to see what we did,” stated the lawmaker. During the Youth Week on November 9-17, there will be distributed 20,000 such brochures.
The first deputy head of the Youth Organization of the PLDM Mihaela Spataru said that this week the Liberal-Democratic youth will hold meetings with students from colleges and universities in order to discuss the problems about which they are concerned. There will be staged 15 regional youth forums centering on the European future of the youth, the workplaces for youth, education of a high-quality and the importance of a state with the rule of law free from corruption.
The International Youth Day is marked on November 9, while the International Student Day – on November 17.
