The Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) on December 8 will stage the party’s sixth Congress. The meeting will be attended by 4,500 delegates from all the field organizations and over 300 invitees from the country and abroad, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the PLDM.
Chairman of the PLDM Vlad Filat will present the party’s accomplishments report. The decisions that will be taken concern the future work of the party and the PLDM’s view on the development of Moldova as a European state. There will be set the commitments that the PLDM assumes as a promoter of the irreversibility of the country’s European course.
The congress will also adopt the statutes and program of the party and the Political Manifesto and will elect the management of the PLDM.
The sixth congress of the PLDM will be held at the Polyvalent Sports Hall in Chisinau.
