Playground to be unveiled soon in Chisinau's central park

Stefan cel Mare Public Garden in downtown Chisinau will soon boast a new playground, with installation works being in full progress, Info-Prim Neo reports. The playground features slides, swings, seesaws, monkey bars, a sandbox, etc, which can be used both by children and adults. By the end of the year, the municipality plans to either install or recondition a total of 33 playgrounds across the city and the suburban town of Vadul lui Voda. 13 such sites are already in place, including 4 in the parks La izvor, Valea Trandafirilor, and Rascani. According to the City Hall, the sets of playground equipment, which cost around 150,000 lei each, are being bought following tender contests.
