The Liberal Party (PL) considers that the budgetary-fiscal policy should be adopted for a period of three years so as to ensure stability and fiscal predictability and increase the investment attractiveness, Liberal MP Valeriu Munteanu writes on his blog, quoted by IPN.
“Parliament, or more exactly the parliamentary majority, has the moral obligation to adopt the budgetary-fiscal policy, the state budget and the budgets of the National Health Insurance Company and the National House of Social Insurance before the start of the election campaign,” said the MP.
Valeriu Munteanu argues that no serious investor will come to Moldova to invest €10 or €20 million when the fiscal budgetary policy is adopted annually, in December, with a great delay and is amended for several times.
“The non-adoption of the package of budgetary-fiscal laws by the end of the calendar year will block the implementation of the new formula for financing villages and towns from January 1, 2015, postponing thus the launch of this important reform for a year. Our development partners will be dissatisfied as they already criticized rather harshly the central authorities for not initiating the fiscal decentralization,” wrote Valeriu Munteanu.
In the spring-summer session of Parliament, the lawmakers adopted 149 laws and 33 decisions.
