The leader of the Liberal Party (PL) Mihai Ghimpu filed an application to Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici, asking making the secret decisions taken in the March 27 meeting of the Government known, IPN reports.
In his application, Mihai Ghimpu says the information provided and decisions taken in that meeting cannot affect the interests and security of the state. Therefore they should not be secret. This information must be made public also because society no longer trusts the way the authorities distribute the public money.
The chairman of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon was the first to inform about the Government’s secret meeting. Afterward, the Premier’s spokeswoman Aurelia Peru confirmed that the meeting took place.
