“Piano Nights” festival continues in Chisinau

The second performance within the International Festival for piano and orchestra „Piano Nights”, organized in Chisinau by the French Alliance, French Embassy and Organ Hall, from June 27 to July 7, offer to classical music fans German pre-romantic and romantic performances.
According to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Advisor,
Manager of the French Alliance in Moldova, Olivier Jacquot, on Friday, June 30, there will perform on the stage of the Organ Hall Jean Marc Luisada (France), Maria Sumarev (Moldova) and Horia Mihail (Romania), accompanied by the National Chamber Orchestra conducted by Didier Talpain, France. This evening there will be performed concerts signed by Ludwig van Beethoven, Schumann and Weber.
The International Festival for Piano and Orchestra „Piano Nights” is created according to the model of the homonymous festival, „Les nuits pianistiques” de la Aix en Provance, France, led by Michel Bourdoncle.
During this edition, three extraordinary shows will be performed in Chisinau and one in Balti, with the participation of world famous soloists from France, Moldova, and Romania, accompanied by the National Chamber Orchestra of Moldova.
The shows begin at 19.00. The access is free.
