The Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) said it realizes the legislative body’s interest in the banking fraud case that has made headway even amid a wave of blockages. In connection with the invitation made to the prosecutor general to come to Parliament, the institution notes that it will complete the investigation and will make the results known to society in the nearest possible future, IPN reports.
“We realize the legislative body’s interest in the banking fraud case that has made essential headway even amid a wave of blockages. We also realize that this fact bothered those involved in the previous hushing up of the case and also the beneficiaries of the fraud who resort to any method to remove the incumbent prosecutor general so as to get rid of criminal liability. We also realize the efforts to find out more details about the investigation so as to think up the subsequent defense tactics,” the PGO says in a press release.
The institution also said it will not give them “munitions” and will complete the investigation, obeying only the law, while the results will be made known to society in the nearest future.
