Petrocub lost 0-1 to Sivasspor in the first leg of the second round of the UEFA Europa Conference League. The goal for the Turkish team was scored by Caner Osmanpașa in the 16th minute following a hazardous leaving of goalkeeper Mickael Meira, IPN reports.
The Portuguese player took yet revenge towards the end of the game, rejecting the penalty kick taken Yatabare, which was too easily awarded by French referee Jeremie Pignard. Petrocub better controlled the ball and was close to scoring through Iosipoi and Platicam, while the goal scored by Potîrniche was annulled for an alleged foul against Bogachuk. The Sivasspor - Petrocub return match will be played in Turkey next Thursday.
Another Moldovan team, Milsami, was demolished in Sweden 0-4 by Elfsborg. The score before the break was 3-0, after the goals scored by Vaisanen, Okkels and Frick. In the middle of the second half, Milsami had three players off - Amougui, Dijinari and Bolohan. Danish player Holst set the final scoreline in the 82nd minute.
