The amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, whereby there are introduced penalties for the non-payment of the obligatory state social insurance contributions, came into force on August 12, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a c communiqué from the National Social Insurance House. Thus, the persons working as lawyers, notaries, bailiffs or mediators on the basis of license, who are not registered as payers of state social insurance contributions, will be fined in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses. Penalties will be also imposed on persons holding responsible positions who will not present the statements on the calculation and utilization of the mandatory health insurance contributions (F 4BASS) and the private supervision documents (REV) on time. The new amendments also institute punishments for the use of a foreign or false personal social insurance code and for the non-indication of the personal social insurance code in the documents on the nominal supervision of insured persons. The employees of the National Social Insurance House and its local subdivisions are empowered to write reports on the identified violations, which will be later sent to the competent court. More information about the amendments to the instructions on the violations discovered by the National Social Insurance House is available on the company’s official website www.cnas.md, in the Legal Framework (internal documents) division.
