The publication of the Baccalaureate exam questions and of the answers to them before or during the exam will be punished administratively. A bill to this effect was passed by Parliament in the first reading on July 16, IPN reports.
The fine will be 1,000 to 3,000 lei for private individuals and 5,000 to 8,000 lei for legal entities or persons holding responsible posts.
The Communists MPs voted against, saying that by adopting such a bill the authorities only pretend to be fighting corruption.
